We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our global team. This individual will play a key role in advancing our implementation projects, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the project management of multiple concurrent full-cycle implementations of a cutting-edge medical ecosystem at major hospital systems, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration throughout each deployment project.
* Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to incorporate real-world client feedback into future product development.
* Design and deliver engaging training presentations for clinical audiences and provide hands-on support during go-live deployments.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* Minimum 4 years of experience working in hospital operating rooms or procedural rooms from a clinical, technological, consultancy, or medical device perspective.
