About the Role
* Process payrolls for salaried staff and temporary agency workers on various schedules, including weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly.
* Handle timesheet and clock card submissions, including adjustments for overtime, bonuses, shift allowances, and other variables.
* Manage payroll administration for temporary employees joining and leaving the business.
* Process payroll deductions and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
* Respond to employee and client payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Perform benefit-in-kind (BIK) calculations and processing.
* Calculate and report on annual leave.
* Submit payroll files through online banking platforms.
* Provide payroll support to consultants and managers across the organization.
* Draft and issue employment contracts for temporary agency workers.
Requirements
* A payroll qualification or a relevant accounting qualification.
* A minimum of 2 years' payroll experience, preferably in a busy or high-volume environment.
* Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* A team player who can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a varied workload.
