We deliver a casual yet exquisite dining experience inspired by the historic tan yards of Killarney, blending high-quality prime cuts, fresh local seafood, and seasonal produce all sustainably sourced from local farms and Killarney Urban Farm.
Our ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in fast-paced restaurant environments. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety policies, collaborating with kitchen leadership and suppliers, driving revenue, and tracking key performance metrics.
* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain service standards
* Oversee daily operations: staff management, scheduling, guest relations, and food & beverage delivery
* Implement and enforce strict compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and sustainability policies
* Collaborate with kitchen leadership and suppliers to promote locally sourced, farm-to-fork menus
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hospitality management
* Strong leadership style that fosters teamwork
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Familiarity or interest in sustainable sourcing and farm-to-fork gastronomy
* Fluent English language skills
