Job Description
As a Senior Grade Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a staff team in a day services setting. You will work with individuals who have intellectual disabilities, providing exceptional care and support to enable them to live their lives to the fullest potential.
This role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have experience of managing and supervising a staff team and be up-to-date with current policy and legislation relevant to intellectual disability services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field (full award)
* Train the Trainer certification
* Full Manual Driver's license and access to your own transport
* Fluency in verbal and written English
