Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for aftersales queries from merchants, installers, end-users, and internal sales teams
2. Evaluate incoming technical support requests and collect relevant information to facilitate swift resolution
3. Provide expert technical support to resolve installation and product issues
4. Prioritise and coordinate the scheduling of aftersales service visits
5. Manage relationships and service schedules with both in-house and external technical service agents
6. Collaborate with stock control to ensure the availability of spare parts and components
7. Oversee service jobs to ensure they are resolved efficiently and professionally
8. Maintain and update product specifications across relevant platforms
9. Partner with the Product Development team to integrate customer feedback and enhance product quality
Requirements
10. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or aftersales role
11. Strong knowledge of plumbing and bathroom product ranges
12. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
14. Professional telephone manner and confident client-facing abilities
15. Detail-oriented, highly organised, and skilled in prioritising workload
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
17. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
