This role will report directly into the Hotel Beverages Manager.

Here's how you'll bring our trailblazing vision to life: Work closely with the Hotel Beverage Manager to implement standards, promotions, and beverage strategies Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel bars Lead and support daytime food service in coordination with the team Plan, organise and execute bar service for functions in the Hotel outside event space To provide support across the Resort during large events such as weddings, buy outs etc. when required Meeting and greeting our guests in our renowned warm and friendly manner.
To support with the recruitment, training and development of a high-performing bar and service team Maintain stock control, ordering, and supplier management Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health safety, and hygiene standards Monitor financial performance including payroll cost, sales and margins Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively By providing a world-class experience to all customers of the resort at all times This is how we see you: You have previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and current industry trends Strong financial and organisational skills You are in possession of excellent communications and customer relations skills You will join in as a confident team player and strive to make your mark with team members and customers alike What's on offer?
