Cpl Healthcare is now recruiting for a leading Nursing Home Group.
We are currently seeking Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADON) for multiple locations across Ireland. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to join a respected care provider and make a meaningful impact in the lives of elderly residents.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in elderly care, with at least 2 years in a senior nursing role
* A postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management or equivalent is desirable
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organisational skills
