Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with dealers to confirm vehicle availability.
* Create and issue proforma invoices for customer payments.
* Record and receipt customer payments accurately.
* Perform pre-purchase checks on vehicles.
* Add new deals to the sales tracker.
* Organize deal files in SharePoint, including relevant details and paperwork.
* Share photos, invoices, and paperwork with customers.
* Communicate with supplying dealers to request documentation and verify terms & conditions.
* Set up payments for management approval prior to collection.
* Inspect vehicles upon arrival at the office.
* Manage incoming mail and handle outgoing DHL correspondence.
* Ensure internal systems accurately reflect sales activity.
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum Maths & English GCSE at grade C/4 or above.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong presentation skills and confident communication abilities.
* UK driving license and own transport.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
* Proven administrative experience.
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience in a sales support environment.
* Understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* Proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
