Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
* Collate information from customers via telephone calls and maintain accurate records in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets by identifying, converting, or referring new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 9 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow with the organization.
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of a virtual interview with the customer operations team and an online technical assessment through Test Gorilla.
