Position: SENIOR SALES ASSISTANT
Location: Athenry Co Galway Employment type: Full Time
Key responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice & product recommendations to both
Trade & retail customers
• Maintain strong product knowledge across building, heating
& Plumbing categories
• Assist in stock control, ordering & replenishment
• Ensure the sales floor & trade counter areas remain well
presented & organised
• Handle enquiries, quotations & customer orders efficiently &
professionally
Key requirements:
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in a sales, trade counter or merchant environment
• Extensive knowledge of current building processes, or strong
technical understanding of heating systems & plumbing materials
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Ability to manage, prioritise & coordinate multiple tasks
