Centre Manager
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to oversee the management duties of a creche centre. The role involves leading and inspiring staff teams with best practice standards.
Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Centre Managers with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day running, implementing company policies, and managing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the needs and development of individual children, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to liaise with parents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and delivering daily operations to ensure a safe environment for children
* Liaising with parents and guardians to build parental partnerships
* Implementing company policies and procedures, including health and safety/risk assessments
* Effective people and business management skills
Requirements:
* FETAC / QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent
* Minimum five years in childcare, with two years in a management role
* Strong passion for child development and leadership skills
