Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead client relationships and service renewals for car, home, and van policies. As a Senior Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for generating leads through cross-selling Life, Pensions, and Health products while delivering exceptional customer service.

* You will manage a portfolio of clients and develop strategic plans to grow their business with our organization.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
* Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing clients, resulting in revenue growth for the organization.
* Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in insurance (CIP or APA Personal General Insurance is an asset).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; RELAY software experience is a bonus.
* Energetic, motivated, professional, competitive, and a strong communicator.
