We are continuing our journey of expanding and diversifying our business and we now require a Stores & Warehouse Operative at our facility in Naas, Co. Kildare. We are looking for someone who has a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. IITC will provide full on the job training and development and upskilling opportunities are available within our organisation.
Job Description
* Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements
* Picking orders accurately
* Stock Counts
* Check all orders prior to dispatch and report any issues to Manager, such as duplicates, shortages etc. ensuring that order, invoice and goods match.
* Check in deliveries and highlight issues.
* Pack orders and wrap for dispatch as per company protocols
* Check Courier Manifesto to ensure correct no of boxes etc. Note any changes, pallets, return requests etc.
* Loading/Unloading of vehicles
* Moving and Storing products in correct areas
* Dealing with colleagues, customers and hauliers in a proactive and engaging way, and with a helpful and pleasant manner
* Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements
* Putting Away of Stock/Orders (in allocated area in warehouse)
* Maintenance and upkeep of Work Area
* Reporting Issues or Concerns to the Supervisor
* Other Tasks as assigned by the Manager from time to time
Requirements
* Forklift Licence
* Overhead crane experience an advantage
* Communication skills
* Attention to detail and quality focused
* Multi-directional forklift driving an advantage but not essential
* Availability to work overtime as required
* Enjoy warehouse environment and dealing with customers
