About the Role
We are seeking an
Intermediate .NET Developer
with
4–6 years of professional experience
to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact consultancy projects across both public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a strong technical foundation, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
As part of this role, you'll contribute to the
design, development, and implementation
of .NET-based systems, providing technical leadership and knowledge transfer to support teams.

4 years' experience,
and the ability to deliver results within defined project timelines. You will be comfortable engaging with clients at both
working and strategic levels

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop components for the
Training Framework Support System
.
* Support the
development and business teams
in delivering software solutions.
* Develop and maintain
SQL Server databases
(stored procedures, triggers), including backup, restore, and performance tuning.
* Contribute to the
design, testing, and implementation
of .NET applications.
* Attend project meetings and provide technical input.
* Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail Criteria)
* Experience:
Minimum
4 years' experience
in .NET application design, development, testing, and implementation.
* Proven
4 years' experience
experience with
SQL Server
back-end systems.
* Qualifications: Active certification
in Microsoft security and compliance solutions such as AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401, or equivalent.
* Degree or higher qualification
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
(Evidence of qualifications and certifications may be required prior to contract award.)
* Language Proficiency:
Must be
fluent in English -
Non-native English speakers must hold a
C2 (Mastery/Proficiency)
certificate or equivalent under the
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
.
Key Skills and Competencies (4 years' experience)
* Hands-on experience implementing
.NET-based software
using technologies such as
.NET Core, C#, VB, MVC, JQuery, SQL Server
.
* Experience developing
user interfaces using Angular
framework.
* Strong background in
database development
, maintenance, and tuning.
* Proven ability in
developing and maintaining REST APIs
.
* Experience with
Azure DevOps
for CI/CD and code management.
* Ability to lead small teams and engage effectively with clients.
