The Rine is currently seeking a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team, working across a variety of Food & Beverage outlets. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑quality kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
Prepare and produce high‑quality dishes in line with company standards
Carry out opening and closing procedures
Maintain excellent personal and kitchen hygiene standards
Adhere to all Food Safety and HACCP regulations
Assist across different kitchen sections as required
Candidate Requirements
Relevant third‑level culinary qualification
Previous experience at Chef de Partie or similar level
Strong focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
Excellent attention to detail
HACCP Level 2 certification
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment
