Document Management Professional
The role of a Document Management Professional involves ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of records and documents within an organization. This includes maintaining up-to-date records, editing documents as necessary, and adhering to version control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Routing new and revised procedures/documents in documentation management systems
* Filing physical and digital records and ensuring appropriate storage
* Liaising with stakeholders to track and retrieve issued documents
* Preparing documents for archiving
* Reviewing and maintaining record accuracy
* Managing regulatory documents and ensuring compliance with site SOPs
* Supporting data integrity and tracking documentation errors
* Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive documentation
* Assisting on internal and external audits
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an administrative role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven problem-solving ability
* Interest in working within pharmaceutical production and understanding business processes
* Demonstrated good documentation practices and compliance with procedures
* Self-motivation with ability to operate independently
* Strong IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with document management systems, PDF software, file naming and version control
* Experience with ISO Standards is desirable
Working Conditions:
39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, occasional non-scheduled call-in time
