About Your New Job
* Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary tax liaison for local offices, ensuring strong communication, collaboration, and consistency in service delivery.
* Oversee and manage the delivery of office retainer agreements, ensuring commitments are met efficiently and effectively.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the commercial performance of the tax advisory offering.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing advisory team, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
* Champion the continuous development of the team's technical expertise in taxation, succession, and restructuring tax matters.
* Ensure all advisory work meets firmwide quality standards and aligns with the firm's risk management framework.
What Skills You Need
* Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a tax advisory environment.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices.
* Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable success in improving efficiency and profitability in an advisory environment.
* Excellent understanding of Irish tax legislation relevant to business structures, and capital tax and restructuring transactions.
* CTA qualification (AITI Chartered Tax Adviser) essential. ACA/ACCA or legal qualification an advantage.
