**Job Title:** Head of Integrated Capital Delivery
About this Prestigious Role:
The role plays a pivotal part in the Infrastructure Delivery leadership team, working closely with senior colleagues to drive service improvements aligned with the NI Water Business Plan. This involves successful delivery of strategic investment objectives and achievement of high standards across all capital projects.
This critical position requires strong expertise in leading teams, budget management, financial control, programme management delivering for major capital programmes, procurement and supplier management.
Key Requirements:
* A degree level qualification in Engineering or Construction Project Management;
* Moderate experience (5 years) in senior roles within utility organizations or construction sectors; OR A more significant experience (8 years) without such education;
* Demonstrable relevant experience: procuring supplies managing suppliers, programmatically executing work on substantial capital programmes
