Job Title: Production Process Optimizer
We are seeking a skilled Production Process Optimizer to join our team in the Health Tech sector.
* Create and execute experimental design, test methods, protocols, specifications, and validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
* Analyze equipment, vision systems, and machine performance
* Optimize process parameters to eliminate product quality issues, low yields, or non-conforming products
A successful candidate will have:
* Detailed analysis, modelling, and methodologies to validate manufacturing processes and tooling design and specifications
* Experience in creating SOP's, Control Plans, and performing validation (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum of 4+ years' experience in a Process Engineering role is required. A Primary Degree in an Engineering/Science discipline is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization: Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products.
2. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee and analyze the performance of equipment, vision systems, and machines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in detailed analysis, modelling, and methodologies to validate manufacturing processes and tooling design and specifications.
* Project Management: Experience in creating SOP's, Control Plans, and performing validation (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
