As a fast-growing, Irish-headquartered organisation (currently scaling beyond 500 employees), we have an ambitious People & Culture agenda—and you'll play a key role in bringing it to life.What You'll DoHR Advisory & Employee RelationsProvide day-to-day, practical HR advice to managers and employeesSupport employee relations matters including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processesEnsure HR policies and practices are applied consistently, fairly, and in line with Irish employment legislationAct as a trusted, approachable point of contact for people-related queriesCulture, Engagement & ExperienceSupport and help drive engagement, wellbeing, and morale-building initiativesContribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultureAssist with onboarding, ensuring new starters feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success Communication & StorytellingCreate engaging HR communications using Canva and PowerPoint, including presentations, visual content, videos, and other creative formatsSupport the development of clear, accessible people communications that connect with employees at all levelsHelp translate HR initiatives, policies, and cultural priorities into meaningful, people-friendly messagingOrganisation & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate HR records and documentationSupport HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the People & Culture agendaBring ideas, energy, and structure to how we deliver HR support and employee experienceWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR or HR advisory roleStrong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practiceHighly organised, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive matters confidentiallyExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levelsConfidence supporting employee relations matters with empathy and sound judgementStrong Canva and PowerPoint skills, with an eye for engaging design and storytellingA practical, solution-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people and cultureWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryA supportive, collaborative and people-focused working environmentThe opportunity to shape culture and make a real impact as the organisation growsCareer development and learning opportunitiesA role where your ideas, creativity, and contribution genuinely matter
