The SHESQ Graduate will work closely with the Project Team ensuring the safe execution of works and embedding the Company's 'Never Harm' culture on site.Role ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the co-ordination of Corrective Actions from Clients, Internal and External Audits.Scanning and Uploading documents to Murphy Alcumus System, EcoOnline System, IAuditor.Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual KPI and Management Review data.Co-ordination and Archiving of Documents.Assist in the preparation, revision, and review of quality system records.Assist in the maintenance and delivery of Quality related training.Monitoring changes to Murphy Integrated Management System – Procedures and Templates.Assisting with scheduling Supply Chain Audits.Participating in Project Start Up Meetings.Helping Project Teams with co-ordinating templates and forms.Be involved in trend analysis reporting.Entry RequirementsRelevant 3rd level qualification in health and safety (or set to graduate by Sept 2026)Skills / ExperienceExperience working on heavy civil engineering projects (deep excavations, lifting, confined space, etc.).
