The Role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the execution of project stages, including tender stage to final accounts.
* Oversee commercial management, including subcontractor accounts and payment certificates.
* Identify and escalate commercial risks to senior management.
This is an office-based position with primary locations in West Dublin. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the construction industry and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* A 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
* Knowledge in Contract law.
