The purpose of this role is to lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the SDLC, and actively participate in the development of the Percana product.
The Technical Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the development team produce high quality code, adhere to defined coding standards, and deliver within agreed timeframes.
Acting as the conduit between architecture and developers, the technical lead participates in technical specification handovers, and is accountable for their implementation.
There will be occasions when the tech lead will produce technical specifications and participate in designing solutions.
This needs to be a hands-on role which will include coding, reviews and analysis.
