Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to join a busy and dynamic team? My client is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their Bidding Department.
Location: Swords | Industry: Construction
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of bid requests
2. Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in bid applications
3. Develop and maintain a knowledge base and set of standardised templates
4. Identify opportunities to improve bid processes and efficiency
5. Format and prepare documents for submission
What We're Looking For:
6. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
7. Comfortable with routine administrative tasks
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Strong analytical abilities
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
11. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
12. Construction industry experience is an advantage
