You'll be responsible for managing and executing the commissioning process of electrical systems on complex, high-value projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across disciplines to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and document all electrical commissioning activitiesReview design documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure alignment with commissioning requirementsLead functional testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification of electrical systems including MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and related systemsEnsure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and project timelinesCoordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, controls, BMS) and interface with clients and vendorsPrepare and maintain commissioning documentation, reports, and logsSupport system handover and closeoutRequirementsDegree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or similarMinimum 3–5 years of commissioning experience on large-scale projects (data centres or critical infrastructure preferred)Strong understanding of electrical systems and schematicsAbility to work independently and collaboratively on international sitesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailWillingness to travel and work on a rotational basis if required
