Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to take ownership of financial processes while also supporting general office administration. This is a key role ensuring the smooth financial and operational running of the business.Key Duties –Process purchase invoices and reconcile creditor balancesSage accounts: code invoices accurately to departments and VAT categoriesProcess bank transactions and reconcile accountsSend debtor statements and follow up on outstanding paymentsManage RCT submissions on Revenue Online Services (ROS)Maintain accurate and timely financial filingHandle calls, correspondence, training records, wages etcTake meeting minutes and provide general admin support as requiredRequirementsMinimum 5 years' accounts experience (construction industry an advantage)Sage Accounts Package experience (essential)Strong MS Office skills & familiarity with accounting proceduresExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to prioritise tasks, self-motivated and trustworthyMust be able to commute/relocateJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: From €15.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 37.5 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:Donegal., CO.
