Our client, a global medical and scientific devices manufacturer is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor to join their legal team.The role will report to their General Counsel and will advise on supporting M&A activities and other transactions within the business, managing and assisting the negotiation of agreements with suppliers, distributors and customers and assisting with the management of cosec and sustainability matters.Solicitors with at least 4 years PQE in the Corporate M&A team of a reputable firm or similar in-house are encouraged to apply.
