Position Overview
We are looking for a
Market Launch Manager
to lead the go-to-market strategy for a new HR tech product in France or Germany. This is a high-impact role within the country marketing team, helping drive growth in one of our largest markets. You will
own the product launch plan, execute multi-channel marketing programs, and deliver measurable business results
, translating global strategy into campaigns that resonate locally.
You will work closely with Product Marketing, Field/Growth Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Customer Success to implement, optimize, and report on marketing efforts that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy. This role requires a

Key Responsibilities
* Develop the country-specific
Go-to-Market plan
in partnership with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams.
* Build and execute
scaled marketing programs
for the product launch in France/Germany to raise awareness and generate demand.
* Translate global programs for local relevance, incorporating market feedback and ensuring alignment with regional priorities.
* Partner with field marketing teams and external partners to execute
multi-touch, multi-dimensional campaigns
supporting launch objectives and revenue goals.
* Identify local nuances in messaging, set country-level goals, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
* Manage
influencer marketing
and
channel partner marketing strategies
, activating these channels effectively.
* Coordinate with Legal and Go-to-Market Enablement teams to ensure customer-facing materials meet
regulatory compliance requirements
.
* Measure campaign impact and report outcomes to senior stakeholders, including regional sales and marketing teams.
Basic Qualifications
* 5–10+ years of experience in
B2B marketing
, with proven campaign management and
country GTM experience
(tech/SaaS preferred).
* Native/near-native French or German, with strong English for global collaboration.
* Experience partnering with Field Marketing and regional teams; comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
* Strong execution skills with a track record of delivering projects
on time and within budget
.
* 5+ years managing marketing campaigns, aligning multiple stakeholders, and tracking progress toward goals.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in
HR or L&D tech
and working with large enterprise clients.
* Event management experience.
* Ability to function as both a
strategic marketer and hands-on executor
of integrated campaigns.
* Excellent project management and communication skills in a
matrixed, international environment

* Thrives in a
fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

* Data-driven, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Funnel metrics: Awareness, consideration, and adoption in target markets.
* Commercial impact: Pipeline created/influenced, revenue contribution, and win-rate uplift.
* Product adoption: Active usage and feature adoption within target accounts.
* Program engagement: Event/webinar attendance, NPS, content engagement, and toolkit usage.
* Execution: On-time delivery of campaign milestones and launch objectives.
