Your Responsibilities: Oversee operations of the Events, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a hospitality or customer service setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
A deep understanding of hospitality operations, including customer service, budgeting, and staffing.

Requirements: Must have the right to work in Ireland Manual Handling and Food Safety level 2, certificate.
