Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Sales Account Manager located in Dublin. The role involves managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication. The Account Manager will work closely with dedicated resellers, support their business growth, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Qualifications
* Experience in Account Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
* Skills in Lead Generation and effective Communication
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Technical understanding of AV products and solutions is a plus
