We’re partnering with an award-winning company to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager.
This is a senior, hands‑on role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for delivering and embedding the people strategy during an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR partner to the CEO and leadership team, supporting the delivery of high performance, engagement, and a strong team culture.
Serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to senior leadership.
Lead complex employee relations cases and investigations, including disciplinary actions, grievance management, and litigation support.
Oversee performance management, career path planning, succession planning, and talent strategy across the organisation.
Drive organisation‑wide HR initiatives, process improvements, and policy implementation.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to HR team members to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy.
Utilise HR data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend proactive solutions.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a fast‑paced, commercial environment
Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders
Hands‑on, pragmatic, and solutions‑focused approach
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance people and business priorities
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) desirable.
