Job Title: Semiconductor Field Service Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Semiconductor Field Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.



Key Responsibilities:

1. To receive service calls from customers and determine their needs and problems.
2. To provide over-the-phone consultation and advice to customers including emergency situations as well as schedule and repair Company products at customer site.
3. To perform preventative maintenance on Company products.
4. To establish and manage a local maintenance service structure.
5. To inspect and evaluate customer usage of Company products.
