Customer Service Executive

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a strong commercial mindset.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues in a timely manner
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
Support the sales team in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
Monitor order status, stock levels, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
Liaise with internal departments including sales, logistics, and finance
Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's high standards of service
Profile
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
Strong SAP experience (order processing and customer management)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data analysis, and tracking)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a strong sales awareness
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Experience in a fast-moving or manufacturing/distribution environment
Familiarity with CRM systems
Strong organisational and time management skills
