Job Title: Business Operations Partner
You will be an integral part of our organization, working closely with the HR Manager to steer the strategic direction of business operations.
This role is responsible for leading initiatives across our Irish operations, coaching line managers on performance, engagement, and talent development, and overseeing the entire employee life cycle.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, maintaining strong relationships with recruitment partners, building managerial capability, and supporting succession planning.
Additionally, you will handle employee relations and performance matters, ensure timely reviews, and support engagement efforts through surveys and follow-up actions.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as an HR Generalist, educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Good Employee Relations experience with extensive knowledge of Irish employment law and an understanding of NI law would be an advantage.
The ability to assist in driving change in a fast-moving and highly commercial environment, and being able to travel to other offices as required, is essential.
