We are looking for a Site EHS Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative OTS team, working on a client site. The Site EHS Engineer will support the EHS Engineering Group within a dynamic Capital Projects Team. This role is integral to ensuring safety compliance across all Capital and Core Projects, with a strong focus on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the day to day running of permits, SPA's, onsite audits and contractor documentation management to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Support a portfolio of capital and core engineering construction projects within a live GMP manufacturing environment Attend daily construction toolbox talks, whiteboard meetings, and project coordination meetings, providing EHS input to Project Managers and Construction Management Teams (CMT) Review, approve and track contractor safety documentation, RAMS, and task specific risk assessments via EIDA prior to site execution Develop, implement and maintain Construction Health & Safety Plans aligned with regulatory and site EHS requirements Conduct weekly construction site inspections, EHS audits, and environmental walks, identifying hazards, escalating risks, and tracking corrective actions to closure Support and monitor permit-to-work systems, including LOTO, confined space entry, hot works, and isolations, ensuring safe systems of work were maintained at all times Coordinate and verify energy isolation and reinstatement for construction activities in operational areas Deliver and coordinate project-specific safety inductions for all contractors, vendors, and visitors prior to site access Monitor contractor compliance and behavioural safety standards during high-risk works Track, analyse and report weekly and monthly construction safety statistics, KPIs, incidents, and near misses Compile and review SOR (Safe Operating Requirement) safety data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Qualifications Degree or Higher Diploma in Safety Health and Welfare at Work, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience working on fast-paced, large construction projects, preferably in a GMP-regulated pharma environment Familiarity with EHS regulations, GMP/GDP standards Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems (e.g., EIDA) Systems & Technical Proficiency EIDA (Contractor & RAMS Management) Permit-to-Work Systems DOC Store / Electronic Document Control Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Certifications & Training Manual Handling Working at Height Confined Space Awareness (Desirable) Hot Works (Desirable) LOTO & Energy Isolation (Desirable) #LI-AM2
