Key Responsibilities:
* Support Contract Managers with day-to-day project management
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and workforce
* Review designs, critique, and communicate with designers
* Coordinate design development from designer's details to approved workshop drawings
* Plan works efficiently to achieve program targets
* Maintain site records and discuss meetings with designers and subcontractors
* Self-management, accuracy, elimination of rework, and contractual awareness
* Check plans, drawings, and supervise setting out coordination
* Set out and leveling of sites, resolve technical difficulties, and deal with problems
Qualifications/Experience: Engineering Degree Client interface, confident in supervising site works, team player, and equal opportunities employer.
