What You'll Do:
* Find new candidates through ads and referrals.
* Help candidates finish all registration and compliance steps.
* Keep in touch with clients to understand what staff they need now and later.
* Share available healthcare workers and book them into client shifts.
* Work with the business development team to help grow and support client relationships.
