Our Dublin based client are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their team on a permanent basis The position sits in their Dublin team with a strong focus on Product Development This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days per week on site Responsibilities: The management of project and program-level processes, driving forward execution, managing risk and continuous improvement across projects and programs, Working alongside hardware and software teams.
Define on project scope and schedules to ensure on timely delivery of value to end customers Product development lifecycle, from R&D through verification and launch.
Manage items such as resource constraints, time challenges, team landscape and efforts across all associated teams Collaboration with product, engineering, program, and all stakeholders to ensure alignment Manage and communicate the implementation of changes to planning objectives, schedules, and product configurations Provide regular status updates, highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any issues across your programs.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
6-8+ years of Program Management experience working directly with agile, product and/or platform teams Experience with hardware-enabled products or embedded devices is a major advantage for this role and client Strong understanding of full cycle Software Development and experience with hardware and embedded system development processes.
Experience with agile software development and associated tools Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Outstanding time management and organization skills Adept in problem-solving, facilitating decision making and resolving conflict PMP is desirable HOW TO APPLY: To apply for this role, please submit your updated CV.
