Job PurposeThe Power Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality fitness coaching and providing exceptional customer service to all members. The role leads structured, motivating classes; adapts workouts for different ability levels; and supports front-of-house operations by greeting members, managing check‑ins, handling bookings, and ensuring the reception area is welcoming and well-presented.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high‑energy, structured fitness classes in line with POWER's programming. Provide clear, safe, and effective coaching, ensuring correct form and technique. Offer appropriate modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.Greet, check‑in, and welcome members to ensure a professional and friendly experience. Assist members with bookings, queries, and club information. Support membership sales, retail transactions, and club promotions. Maintain a tidy, well‑organised reception area and uphold the club's premium presentation standards.Interact with members outside of classes, offering guidance and encouragement. Monitor safe use of equipment and enforce gym etiquette. Assist in maintaining cleanliness, equipment organisation, and overall studio presentation. Support FOH and housekeeping teams to ensure all areas are guest‑ready.Work closely with FOH, housekeeping, and management teams for smooth daily operations. Participate in events, workshops, and community‑building activities. Attend staff training and meetings to enhance coaching, operational, and customer service skills.Build strong rapport with members, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Monitor and record member progress, feedback, and class performance.
