We are recruiting a Full Time (35 hours) Chef Manager to join our busy team in our new location in Dunnes Stores,13 North Circular Road, Tralee, Co. Kerry, V92 D656 Full training will be provided.
The role of an Chef Manager is to support employees, oversee daily operations, provide excellent customer service and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities involve ensuring efficient workflow, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and contributing to the achievement of company goals.

A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
And able to:
Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
Be a skilled Multitasker
Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required
Be organised
Maintaining a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves.
An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
