You'll work alongside technology squads to help minimize impacts and resolve issues, ensuring our customers receive excellent service. You will collaborate with Application Owners to maintain crisis playbooks and resiliency plans in a cloud-oriented environment. Your work will contribute to the availability of our technology on a global scale, as part of a team that operates around the clock.Job Responsibilities:Assist in conducting Application Impact Analyses and Technology Recovery Planning for key applicationsSupport the implementation of application components and coordinate testing activities, including sustainability, disaster recovery, and external testingHelp develop and maintain annual testing plans for application and business resiliency requirementsRegularly review, update, and test technology continuity documentation in line with firmwide standards and policyParticipate in technology control domain meetings as requiredSupport technology audit and regulatory requirements by preparing documentation and evidenceAssist in managing technology controls and risk frameworksContribute to root cause analysis and reporting activitiesStay informed about external market trends and developments in technology resiliencyApply strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills to daily tasksWork with cloud-based environments as part of resiliency planning and testingRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Experience working in technology resiliency or related technical rolesStrong technical problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work methodically and calmly under pressureBusiness analytical skills, including reporting and governanceExperience with root cause analysisAwareness of external market trends in technology resiliencyTime management and organizational skillsExperience in cloud-based environmentsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partnersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Familiarity with cloud-native microservices architectureExposure to incident response or crisis management in technology environmentsExperience working in agile squads or cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of technology audit processesInterest in fintech and digital banking innovationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environmentABOUT US J.P.
