MiFinity seeks a
Project Manager
to join its team based in Dublin or Malta.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across MiFinity's product and operational landscape.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Compliance, IT, Dev Ops, Operations, QA, Fraud, Finance and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory objectives.

Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, including planning, execution, go-live, and post-implementation review
Establish and maintain project plans and governance including RAID logs, RACI matrix, timelines, milestones, resourcing requirements and status reporting
Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating with clear mitigation and recommendations where required
Ensure delivery aligns with business strategy, priorities, regulatory requirements and operational readiness
Take ownership of Go-To-Market (GTM) delivery, working in partnership with key internal business partners e.g. Product, Operations, IT, Dev, Dev Ops and QA
Coordinate and track GTM readiness activities, including operational enablement, internal product demos, internal communications, and external announcements
Ensure all GTM prerequisites are met prior to launch, including product readiness, stakeholder approvals, customer support readiness, and post go-live monitoring plans and actions
Act as the primary point of coordination for product readiness and launch to the market, release management, and cutover activities
Support SAFe Agile delivery by participating in planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives while retaining overall delivery accountability
Provide clear and regular status updates to senior internal stakeholders and business owners covering delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and general launch readiness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project artefacts including delivery plans, GTM checklists, rollout strategies, and post-implementation reviews
Translate and map out Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) into detailed GTM plans
Manage delivery across complex, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced and regulated environment
Foster strong working relationships across teams and external vendors, promote collaboration and transparency throughout the delivery and launch lifecycle
Engage consistently and positively in a constantly evolving environment and be willing to roll up your sleeves when required
Drive meetings and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and go-to-market readiness
Other ad hoc requests as defined by manager
Qualifications and experience
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a Project Manager role
SAFe Agile or Project Management certification e.g. Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2
Proven experience delivering technology-led or product-driven projects from initiation through to market launch
Experience working in payments, fintech, or a regulated environment would be an added advantage
Demonstrated experience supporting or owning Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, including launch planning and readiness
Solid understanding of SAFe Agile software processes and methodologies and/or SAFe framework
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams onsite and remotely
Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies in parallel
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with delivery and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar
Structured, logical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery, launch execution, and measurable outcomes
High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, regulated environments with evolving priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Dev Ops, IT, QA, Marketing and other key internal stakeholders
