Job Description
* To install, modify and maintain the full range of production equipment to ensure high levels of efficiency and productivity are achieved.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Process Engineer to identify areas for improvement, implement changes and support continuous enhancement initiatives. In addition, they will drive process improvements through problem-solving skills downtime reduction initiatives waste management breakdown management working engineering standards increase output Improve plant operations via continuous improve continuous improvement collaborate internal external vendors quality tools validation documentation activities Analyze line data statistics optimize line Overall Equipment Effectiveness Participate failure investigation analysis Liaise vendors suppliers local engineering shops as required Education experience third-level qualification national craft certificate specialized training Strong knowledge mechanical electronic systems manufacturing Proven experience volume manufacturing environment Problem analytical approach troubleshooting Work independently team Proficiency PC skills
