We are seeking a highly skilled HR Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. This will include working closely with senior leadership to align HR objectives with overall business goals, managing recruitment processes, maintaining strong relationships with recruitment partners, building managerial capability, supporting high-potential talent, and leading succession planning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, training, and development
* Collaborating with line managers to identify training needs and develop coaching plans
* Sourcing and selecting top talent for key positions
Requirements include:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working in an HR capacity, preferably in an Irish or UK context
* Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
