Job Purpose
This position is for a New Business Senior Administrator and will be based in Navan, full time in office on a permanent basis.
The New Business Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and effective day to day processing of New Business applications for UPE across the various product lines (Wealth Protection, Axa, Apex & PBs) ensuring that all work items are processed in accordance with compliance obligations and within agreed service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Application Processing: Vet and input New Business applications, ensuring policy documents are dispatched promptly.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with intermediaries, the Utmost Sales Team, and service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
* Compliance & Quality: Adhere to policies, identify risks, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
* Problem Solving: Use initiative to resolve issues, enhance customer experience, and propose innovative solutions.
* Performance Metrics: Monitor and improve performance based on key indicators like end-to-end timelines, first point resolution, and cost efficiency.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
* Insurance/AML background and a minimum of 1-2 years experience
* A deep understanding of the risk and compliance environment.
* Strong customer focus with a proven track record of implementing market-leading service improvements.
* Role holder must have a proven track record of delivering best practice in operational process and service delivery.
* Determined and focused individual with strong time management and analytical skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team, to work on own initiative, to plan and organise workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
* Service focused individual.
* Role holder must be curious and ambitious, willing to propose thought provoking and innovative ideas.
* Act as a role model to the team and demonstrates the ability to mentor and coach other team members
