Overseeing high profile projects in Dublin City & the Greater Dublin Area
Good all round experience required but experience working on Educational projects & dealing with the dept of education desirable, though not essential

As a Contracts Manager, you will join strong Tier 2 construction firm with a strong pipeline of work at present, mainly in the Dublin region.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing & delivering 2/3 medium/large scale construction Educational projects concurrently.

You will need:
5+ years of construction experience at Contract Manager level
Ambition, drive and a passion for delivering excellence
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects
Good experience & knowledge of working within the Leinster region
A strong network of client and supply chain contacts throughout Local area
