Responsibilities
* Ensure guests receive a warm, friendly, and courteous welcome throughout their stay.
* Assist in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indexes, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
* Manage front office departmental operations efficiently.
* Collaborate with management to maintain high staff morale.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational skills with delegation abilities.
* A warm, approachable personality for staff and guests.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with 3/4 star hotels is preferred but not essential.
