The Role
* Record purchases / sales invoices in a timely manner
* Forecasting projects
* Assisting with the co-ordination of the tear down of aircraft
* Health & Safety Coordination
* Recharges of expenses
* Preparation of reports
* Purchase supplies and equipment & sourcing material.
* Support management with ad-hoc activities
* Ensure that all required documentation is accurately completed.
* Work to industry quality standards and EirTrade procedures
* Ensure that the 3 EirTrade performance pillars taken into account on a daily basis.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
* High degree of competency with MS Office suite particularly excel
* Highly numerate, a bookkeeper or part qualified account qualification desired but not essential
* A sound knowledge of computer systems, experience in AvSight desired but not essential
* Be highly organised and be able to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurised environment
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Be an effective communicator
* Demonstrate behaviour in accordance with EirTrade Business Ethics and Protection policy in all company business dealings and decisions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks taking ownership end to end.
* Self-motivated and self-driven, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small entrepreneurial team.
* Proven ability to manage time and workloads for maximum efficiency.
