Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the company's growth and go-to-market strategy.
* Drive new client acquisition and recurring revenue expansion.
* Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
* Manage and optimise the sales funnel to maximise lead conversion.
* Represent the business externally, building trusted client and partner relationships.
* Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
Ideal Background
* Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business.
* Experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within B2B or professional services.
* Strong grasp of financial metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, profitability).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Hands-on, growth-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
* Background in Managed Services (MSP) or IT/Consulting services advantageous.
