# Food Safety & Quality CoordinatorAn hour agoKerry1 viewsEmailKerry Fish Trawlers Ltd seeking 1 Food Safety & Quality CoordinatorJob Description:The Food Safety & Quality Coordinator will oversee and ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality within the fish processing factory by monitoring production processes, inspecting raw materials and finished products, coordinating with factory teams, documenting and reporting any quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to deliver safe, high-quality seafood to consumers.Key Responsibilities:-Monitor all production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
-Inspect raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for quality and safety.
-Conduct regular audits of factory hygiene and operational practices.
-Identify, document, and report any quality or safety issues.
-Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Train and guide staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality practices.
-Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of raw materials and finished products.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
